I’m happy to report that my “Mittens in a Blink” ladies’ super bulky mitten pattern, introduced to you a few weeks ago in Malabrigo Rasta 100% merino, works beautifully with Dale of Norway Hubro 100% wool, too. (See above, in “Ruby” Hubro.) Same great fit, in no time flat. Just remember that while the Rasta mittens took one 150g hank, the Hubro mittens will need two 100g balls.

I just got info for your north shore hat on knit picky today and tried to download it. To my dismay the pdf file is not there, I downloaded it 7 times and they were all blank.
Is there something wrong with the site or the link?
I really do want to make the hat, can you send the pattern direct to my e-mail?

Hi Suzie, I just checked out both my site and the PDF link and everything works just fine. Seems like something got you here to my blog without trouble, so if it was the link from “knit picky”, I imagine the link from “knit picky” worked, too. Did you realize that you have to click on the “North Shore Hat” link that’s a paragraph or so below the hat’s photo on this page: https://twostrands.com/2014/05/07/free-knitting-pattern-north-shore-hat/ ? Did you try a different browser? (I’ve tried both Internet Explorer and Mozilla and they both work nicely.) Thousands of folks are downloading this daily, so I think you should be able to get things working. Let me know!
